GSECL Floats EPC Tender for 220 MW of Solar Projects in Gujarat

(EPT) : Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited (GSECL) has invited bids from bidders for engineering, construction, and procurement (EPC) package with land & connectivity for development of AC grid connected solar photovoltaic power projects up-to capacity of 220 MW anywhere in Gujarat

As per tender notice online bid submission due date is 01/02/2022 but as per detailed tender documents last date of online bid submission date is 03/02/2022 so bidders have to take care for tender due dates.

The pre-bid meeting would be scheduled on 25.01.2022 through video conferencing & GUVNL will forward the link of video conferencing to only registered bidders on the email address registered with GUVNL.

The successful bidder will also provide comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) services for next ten years after successful commissioning of solar project.

The tender is issued under Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited’s (GUVNL) request for selection to purchase power from 500 MW of grid-connected solar power projects (Phase – XIII).

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is applicable for this project that is Rs. 4 Lakh / MW in the form of Bank Guarantee along with RfS & successful bidder should have to submit the Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) of Rs. 9.44 Lakhs / MW (Rs 8 Lakh / MW plus GST @18%) after issuance of LOA and before signing of PPA.
